I removed a blank line from the README

in order to note that commit fe19cce35079739729b22b46b8d58f63971898bf was BIT_CHANGING.
However, fe19cce35079739729b22b46b8d58f63971898bf only changed a variable name.  
@RhodesKeegan found that the results were BFB by ncdumping the before and after results to a text file.
