Commit 27433dae5e8a4d400b123b9ec5dc190e51bcc7c1 by benjamin.andrew.stephens Turning on wp3 pr_turb term. This commit sets C_wp3_turb=1 and l_use_tke_in_wp3_pr_turb_term=.true. and is BIT_CHANGING. Also in the pr_turb term I have converted the wp2_zt outside the derivative to a wp2 (momentum levels) inside the derivative. See #884.
