Fix jenkins clubb error handling output (#1247)

* Modified CLUBB error handling Jenkins test similar to changes in new CAM CLUBB test
CAM pull request larson-group/cam#195

Changes to Jenkinsfile for clubb_error_handling_gfortran_test so output is cleaner and more descriptive.
