Started by an SCM change

• refs/remotes/origin/clubb_silhs_devel

1. Commented out the k=1 boundary conditions in diffusion_zm_lhs and diffusion_zt_lhs, since these are not currently fed into the final LHS matrix.  I included comments to describe why this was done.  Results are b4b. (details / githubweb)
