I changed the tuner's configuration of three cloud cases
in order to reduce the number of tuning iterations.
The cases are lba, dycoms2_rf01, and arm_97.
For instance, I reduced f_tol so that the convergence
criterion was relaxed.  I set the annealing schedule
so that the simulations start at a cooler "temperature"
and finish at a warmer temperature.  I reduced the
maximum number of iterations.

Also, I matched more LES fields at more time intervals
in order to constrain the tuner to more realistic solutions.

Minor pyplotgen edit, adding "Reduced" to one variable so it is distinguished from another variable with the same name.
