This case is adapted from George Bryan's shear-driven case from CM1, which is based on Moeng and Sullivan 1994. * Small fixes in new shear case setup file. * Renaming new case from shear_driven to neutral, and other changes as requested in pull request https://github.com/larson-group/clubb/pull/1005.
