Clubb organization part1 (#1302)

* More organization. Also moving some stats calls inside of pdf_closure_driver, which is BIT_CHANGING, but only for stats output and only when ipdf_call_placement=ipdf_pre_post_advance_fields

* Adding new flag set for testing

* Fixing python API and updating prompt
