1. Reordering dimensions of mu, sigma, corr_arrays, and cholesky matrices. This makes the dimension ordering more consistent with similar arrays and should help to reduce computational cost by reducing array slicing. This is all bit-for-bit. larson-group/cam#129 (details / githubweb)
