1. Removing backslashes. These should be slashes, but gnu,intel,nvidia generate code that treats slashes as whitespace and backslashes as a character, while cray treats backslashes as whitespace as well. This is easily fixed by using quotes, and in the meantime we will change the backslashes to forward slashes.
