1. renamed clubb_ifort_build to clubb_ifort_debug_run and updated jenkinsfile to reflect (details / githubweb)
2. forgot to change if statements in jenkinsfile (details / githubweb)
3. created debug case for gfortran as well as updating jenkins files to work with it, as well as a forgotten change to the ifort debug test jenkinsfile (details / githubweb)
