1. Updating advance_xm_wpxp_module so that the upwp_pr4 term uses the parameter C_uu_shr instead of the hard-coded value 0.7. Also updating the value of C_uu_shr from 0.3 to 0.4 after testing priority-cases with the new upwp_pr4 term. (details / githubweb)
