clubb_cmake_output_matching

Compares the output of CLUBB using the old compile method vs the new one. Using Intel's ifx, we compile once the old way, run and save output, then with cmake, run and compare output to the old version. This should use the same compiler with the same settings, hence the output should be BFB, anything less is considered a fail.
