Thus, these two settings now appear together in flag set 9. Since l_damp_wp2_using_em was already set to .false. for flag set 11, I simply swapped flag sets for l_damp_wp2_using_em = .false. (moved from flag set 11 to set 9) and l_C2_cloud_frac = .true.
